South London Nursing Homes The SLNH group was founded in 1985, with the primary aim of operating Care Homes for the elderly where nursing skills are of paramount importance. It is one of the region's most experienced and highly regarded nursing and care establishments, and currently runs three exceptionally well-situated and equipped homes. Over the past two decades SLNH has continued to strive to build on its reputation for the delivery of high quality care and accommodation. It values its independence and one of the founding directors is still actively involved in the management of the group, maintaining quality control and introducing new marketing programmes. This continuity of service, linked to the long-term commitment of its staff teams and the strong direct involvement of senior managers in the day to day running of services, means it is closely in touch with residents needs. The recent achievement of the Investors in People award, together with the development of a continuous training and improvement programme, has helped the group to maintain and continuously deliver high standards.
